The Scopus update for December 2024, released in January, included the official removal of 12 journals. In addition, 4 more journals were removed from the database with a complete loss of article indexing, but without being included in the official list.
Previously, Scopus included journals that were excluded due to violations of the requirements with complete removal of articles in the official list. This practice has now changed: journals that have lost their indexing are indicated as indexed only up to a certain year, without adding them to the official list. The removal of articles mainly concerns those years when significant violations of standards were identified.

9) Nanotechnology Perceptions;
10) Optical and Quantum Electronics;
11) Radiology Case Reports;
12) Revue d’Intelligence Artificie.

2) Evolutionary Studies in Imaginative Culture
3) Frontiers in Health Informatics;
