2. TERMS OF ORDER PROCESSING

Usually, cooperation with us begins with the submission of a standard application by the client regarding the need for scientific consulting, which is reviewed within 3 business days. The received order for publication consulting is fulfilled within 6 to 18 months, depending on the quartile of the scientific journal. Terms of order fulfillment, depending on the quartile of the scientific journal:

Quartile 4 (Q4) up to 6 months;

Quartile 3 (Q3) up to 10 months;

Quartile 1-2 (Q1-2) up to 18 months.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

The process of order cancellation can take place before the journal approves the publication, and each client is informed separately. In the event of a legitimate request to cancel an order, guarantees a refund within 1 business week. By agreement of the parties, the firm may retain a part of the payment clearly defined by the parties to cover the costs of the project.

9. REFUND POLICY

Offers a flexible cancellation policy for orders for editing and publication support services. If a project is canceled, the client may receive a partial or full refund, depending on the stage of the process at which the cancellation was made. To initiate the refund process, clients should contact our support team. Refunds will be made within the specified period after confirmation of project cancellation.

11. FILING A COMPLAINT

Clients can file a complaint after the firm has completed the order within 1 month. The term for processing a complaint is at least 3 business days.

12. CHANGES IN THE POLICY
